RESERVATIONS · TAYTA
These terms form part of every booking at TAYTA. The person making the booking confirms that they have had the opportunity to review them before continuing and agrees to communicate them to the rest of the table.
TAYTA has approximately 20 seats. Every person included in a booking occupies one seat regardless of age, including babies and children. The booking must include the total number of seats attending.
Children: We do not offer children’s menus or prepare dishes outside our gastronomic offering.
A deposit of €10 per reserved seat is required. The deposit corresponding to the seats that attend is deducted from the final bill.
If a reserved seat does not attend or is cancelled outside the permitted period, the €10 deposit for that seat is non-refundable. No additional amount for the absent seat will be charged to the guests who attend.
A booking may be cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours before the booked time. Reductions in the number of seats made within the final 72 hours do not entitle the cancelled seats to a deposit refund. Increases are subject to availability.
We especially appreciate punctuality so that we can offer the best possible experience. Please respect your exact booking time. Arriving early does not guarantee access to your table before the confirmed time. Once 15 minutes have passed from the reserved time, we may treat the booking as a no-show, release the table and apply the non-refundable deposit conditions.
Guests may choose between à la carte and a tasting menu. For à la carte dining, the minimum order is 1 dish + 1 drink per reserved seat.
The tasting menu is served to the entire table, with everyone choosing the same format: 6 courses · €45 per person or 8 courses · €60 per person. Drinks are not included.
Bookings of 5 seats or more are served exclusively with a tasting menu for the entire table. The menu is planned and prepared in advance according to the confirmed number of guests. The options are 6 courses · €45 per person or 8 courses · €60 per person; drinks are extra. The chosen format must be specified in the booking notes, or agreed with TAYTA before the visit if not initially indicated.
Advance notice for groups: Bookings of 5 or more guests, which require a tasting menu, must be made at least 24 hours before the booked time.
Minimum 24 hours’ notice: the tasting menu must be explicitly requested at least 24 hours before the booked time. A table booked with shorter notice does not entitle guests to a tasting menu during service, even when the table booking itself has been confirmed online.
Tasting menus are available exclusively by advance reservation. Please specify your chosen format (6 or 8 courses) in the booking notes. For tables of 2 to 4, a booking without an explicit tasting-menu request will be treated as an à la carte booking.
Switching between à la carte and tasting menu in either direction is not permitted on the day of the visit. Tasting menus that have not been requested in advance cannot be served. Any earlier change must be discussed with, and expressly confirmed by, TAYTA.
The tasting menu may change according to season and product availability.
If anyone has an allergy or intolerance and the table will have the tasting menu, you must call TAYTA on +34 624 546 740 before making the booking to confirm that the menu can be adapted safely. Please do not complete the booking until we have confirmed this. If an allergy or intolerance has not been communicated and confirmed in advance, TAYTA cannot guarantee that the menu can be modified on the day.
Bookings and deposits are processed through Last.app. Technical payment and refund times may also depend on the platform and its payment provider.
